Godshill Model Village

The beautiful gardens are home to models of local villages - Godshill and Shanklin - as they were in the 1920's & 30's. This includes 1/10th scale models of 2 amazing churches, 4 pubs, an airfield, well the list goes on and on.
They have over 2,500 carefully shaped conifers and shrubs…plus countless little islanders going about their daily lives. Anyone with an eye for detail will appreciate this gorgeous garden and the hours taken by our gardeners to create this fabulous setting. Set in amongst the trees you will see our fully operational garden scale railway. You will have to drag the children away from this bit of the garden & will probably go back at least once before you get out the main gate!

The model village doesn't have its own dedicated website
